  • FS - Fee Section (Total amount submitting WITH initial)
  • RT - Rating (Sportsmanship rating for opposing team. Rating system is 1-5 NOT 10)
  • MT - Match Time (Start AND finish time for your match)
  • DF - Defensive Shots (Any shot without intent on pocketing a ball)
  • PI - Player Information (Double check player's ID and order)
